Does one purchase cover all three apps?
Yes. Subscription and usage belong to your account; sign in to Notes, Paper or Write with the same account and it applies — no double charges.
Can I install all three apps?
Yes. They are independent and can run at the same time; cloud workspaces appear in each. Each app signs in separately and keeps its own local data, agent memory and installed skills.
What does private deployment include?
The official 7D24H team deploys the service on your servers and provides an admin console, support and upgrades; data stays on your network and all three apps can connect.
What are the limits of the free plan?
Local storage and core features are free; configure your own LLM API key to use AI. Collaboration, cloud storage and models without a key are part of the paid add-on.
How many people can share a Workspace?
With the add-on, a shared Workspace holds up to 5 members, the owner included. Guests invited to a single document are counted separately. In a private deployment the admin sets the limit.
