Contact and support information, such as help requests, feedback, complaints, questionnaires, email correspondence, and related attachments.

Payment and transaction information, such as order IDs, plans, payment status, subscription status, billing records, and invoice or reconciliation data.

Device and log information, such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, access times, interaction events, error logs, and security logs.

User Content, such as tender files, bid documents, enterprise qualifications, historical bids, research papers, LaTeX sources, scientific figures, prompts, exports, and other files or text you upload, input, synchronize, generate, or edit.

Marketing and preference information, such as language, theme, notification preferences, campaign participation records, and information generated through cookies or analytics tools.

3. How we collect information

We collect information directly from you when you register, log in, upload content, create a project, purchase a plan, contact support, or submit feedback.

We collect information automatically when you use the Services through logs, device signals, usage records, and security-event monitoring.

We may receive information from third parties such as identity providers, payment processors, anti-fraud providers, CAPTCHA providers, analytics providers, cloud providers, and security vendors.

4. Purposes of processing and legal bases

We process personal information to provide registration, login, identity verification, desktop and web product functions, AI generation, billing, customer support, notifications, and export workflows.

We process information to maintain system stability, troubleshoot issues, secure accounts and networks, detect abuse, prevent fraud, calculate charges, manage subscriptions, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal obligations.

Where appropriate consent is obtained, we may process information for marketing, campaigns, product updates, personalization, or optional analytics.

5. Cookies, logs, and analytics

We may use cookies, local storage, log files, and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, secure the Services, measure traffic, analyze product usage, and improve performance.

We do not sell your personal information.

9. Security and local-first materials

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, and you remain responsible for securing your devices, passwords, local files, and operating-system encryption.

Desktop project files, tender materials, research PDFs, and generated deliverables may remain on your device by default unless you enable features that upload, synchronize, or process those files through external services.

10. AI processing and model training

Your User Content is not used to train external AI models unless you explicitly opt in or configure a provider path that separately permits such use. Where third-party AI providers process prompts or files, their processing is governed by the applicable provider terms and our arrangements with them.

We may use de-identified, aggregated, or operational data to improve reliability, safety, quality, and product performance where permitted by law.

11. Children and institutional use

7D24H is designed for professional, research, and enterprise users. Where laws require parental, guardian, school, or institutional authorization, users must obtain that authorization before using the Services.

12. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, object to, or withdraw consent for certain processing of personal information.
