Terms of Use

1. Scope and contract formation

The Services are provided by 7D24H ("we", "us", or "our"). Your agreement with us is formed when you first access, download, install, purchase, register for, log into, or otherwise use the Services.

Additional service rules, pricing pages, billing notices, promotion rules, technical restrictions, and feature-specific terms that we publish through the website, product interface, checkout page, campaign page, or related notices form part of these Terms.

2. Eligibility, accounts, and security

You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Where your jurisdiction imposes additional rules for minors using online services, you must obtain any required parental or guardian consent.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration and payment information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account, credentials, devices, verification codes, and third-party login authorizations.

3. Nature of the Service and AI output notice

7D24H is an AI-assisted desktop delivery platform for bid-writing teams and researchers. It helps parse tender files, review disqualification risks, reuse enterprise materials, draft long-form bid sections, organize research manuscripts, create scientific figures, manage LaTeX-oriented output, and export deliverables such as PDF, DOCX, LaTeX projects, review checklists, and related files.

You understand and agree that AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, non-unique, misleading, or unsuitable for your purpose. Bid-risk reports, tender responses, research manuscripts, references, figures, formulas, and compliance checks must be reviewed by responsible professionals before submission, publication, signing, bidding, or reliance.

Output is not legal, financial, tax, investment, medical, academic-integrity, procurement, or other professional advice. You remain solely responsible for verifying source documents, data, citations, pricing, qualification requirements, signatures, attachments, and submission rules.

4. User content and license

"Input" means any text, prompt, tender file, bid document, enterprise qualification, certificate, prior case, PDF research paper, LaTeX source, figure asset, image, note, workspace file, or other material you upload, paste, synchronize, draw, or otherwise provide to the Services. "Output" means any material generated, returned, transformed, or edited by the Services based on Input or related instructions.

Project materials stay on your device by default when you use the desktop product, unless you explicitly enable a feature that synchronizes, shares, uploads, or processes material through a server or third-party provider.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, consents, and lawful bases necessary to provide and use User Content, and that your User Content and use of the Services will not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.

Solely as necessary to provide, maintain, protect, audit, bill, troubleshoot, secure, improve, and develop the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, sublicensable, transferable, royalty-free license to use, host, store, copy, process, modify, transform, annotate, evaluate, and analyze Input and Output required for those purposes.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the Services in violation of applicable law, regulation, export control, sanctions rules, court orders, procurement rules, academic policies, or institutional requirements.

You may not upload, generate, distribute, or facilitate unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, harassing, discriminatory, defamatory, privacy-invasive, misleading, or otherwise prohibited content.

You may not reverse engineer, scrape, mirror, copy, resell, sublicense, disrupt, inject malicious code into, bypass limits of, or otherwise impair the stability, billing, security, or integrity of the Services.

You may not misrepresent AI-generated output as fully human-created where such representation would be misleading, contractually prohibited, academically improper, or legally sensitive.

6. Intellectual property

Except for the limited right to use the Services expressly granted under these Terms, the Services and all related interfaces, code, designs, trademarks, logos, 7D24H wordmarks, workflows, templates, prompt libraries, pricing rules, and related intellectual property are owned by us or our licensors.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

7. Paid Services, credits, and subscriptions

Certain features may require credits, subscriptions, pilots, team plans, or other paid access. Prices, billing intervals, taxes, refund windows, plan limits, quotas, and feature availability are shown on the applicable pricing, checkout, invoice, or product pages.

Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable after access has been provided, credits have been consumed, or a billing period has begun.

8. Availability, changes, suspension, and termination

We may change, suspend, limit, replace, or discontinue any part of the Services for business, technical, legal, security, billing, or product reasons.

If you breach these Terms or create risk for the Services, other users, third parties, or us, we may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access without prior notice where legally permitted.

9. Privacy and data

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, transfer, retain, and protect personal information. By using the Services, you acknowledge that we process personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of bid files, enterprise materials, research papers, personal information, confidential documents, and third-party data complies with applicable privacy, confidentiality, procurement, and academic rules.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every bidding, research, publication, or compliance scenario.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for losses arising from your reliance on unreviewed AI output, missed submission requirements, bid rejection, academic rejection, citation errors, or data verification failures.

11. Governing law, disputes, and updates

Except to the extent mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the Services, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time for business, legal, regulatory, product, billing, or security reasons. Updated Terms are effective when posted or otherwise notified, unless a later effective date is stated.
