Terms of Use

1. Who we are and how you accept

The Services are provided by 7D24H Group, United Arab Emirates (“7D24H”, “we”, “us”).

You accept these Terms electronically when you create an account, tick or click to accept, or otherwise use the Services. We keep a record of your acceptance. If you use the Services for an organization, you confirm that you may bind it.

Pricing pages, checkout terms and feature-specific rules we publish form part of these Terms. A signed order with us prevails where it differs.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. Students under 18 may use the Services only through an institution that has agreed to supervise that use.

Keep your account details accurate and your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account; tell us promptly at support@7d24h.work if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. The Services and AI output

7D24H is a family of AI-assisted desktop writing apps: 7D24H Notes for research notes and canvases, 7D24H Paper for visual LaTeX papers, and 7D24H Write for long documents such as bids and reports.

AI output is generated automatically and can be wrong, incomplete or similar to output given to others. Review it before you submit, publish, sign or rely on it. Output is not legal, financial, medical, procurement or other professional advice.

4. Your content

“Input” is what you provide (text, prompts, files, sources, notes). “Output” is what the Services generate from it. You keep your rights in Input. As between you and us, Output belongs to you to the extent the law allows; it may not be protected by copyright.

Each app stores your material on your device by default. Material reaches our servers only when you use cloud sync, sharing, collaboration, the phone remote or models we provide.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process and transmit Input and Output only to provide, secure, bill and support the Services. We do not use your content to train AI models.

5. Acceptable use

You must comply with UAE law, including the laws on cybercrime, personal data, intellectual property and media content, and with export-control and sanctions rules that apply to you.

Do not use the Services to create or share content that is unlawful in the UAE, including content that breaches public order or morals, offends religions, defames or invades privacy, infringes rights, or is fraudulent or misleading.

Do not reverse engineer, scrape, resell, overload or bypass limits of the Services, or upload malicious code. Do not present AI output as human-written where that would mislead or break the rules of a school, publisher or tender.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including the apps, code, designs, templates, skills and the 7D24H name and marks, belong to us or our licensors. Apart from the right to use the Services under these Terms, no rights are granted.

7. Prices, payment and refunds

Core features are free. Paid features are described on the pricing page. Prices are shown with VAT and other taxes where the law requires.

Payments are processed by our payment providers (for example Stripe); we do not store full card numbers. Prepaid credit is used as you consume paid features and covers all three apps.

Your rights under UAE consumer-protection law are not affected. If a paid feature is not delivered as described, contact us and we will repair it, re-perform it or refund you. If we close your account without cause or stop a paid feature, we refund any unused prepaid balance. Otherwise, consumed credit is not refundable. Before you delete your account, contact us to have any unused prepaid balance refunded; deleting the account also removes the balance.

8. Third-party services

Some features rely on third parties: AI model providers, payment providers, app stores and chat platforms you connect. If you add your own model API key or connect a chat platform, that provider’s terms apply to your use of it.

9. Private deployment

Private deployments are delivered by the official 7D24H team under a separate agreement and data processing terms, which prevail over these Terms where they differ. The customer controls the data on its own servers.

10. Suspension, termination and deletion

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect users or the Services; where reasonable we will tell you first.

If we close your account, we give you at least 30 days to export cloud content, unless the law or a security risk prevents it. If you delete your account yourself, deletion is immediate and cannot be undone, so export first. Material stored only on your device stays there.

11. Liability

We provide the Services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for every purpose.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss caused by relying on AI output you did not review, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and AED 500.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury, or any right that UAE law does not allow to be excluded.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For changes that materially affect you, we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email or in the app before they take effect. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Services and delete your account.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

Please contact us first; we will try to resolve any complaint within 30 days. If it is not resolved, the courts of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory right you have as a consumer to bring a claim elsewhere.

14. Language

These Terms are published in Arabic and English. If they differ, the English text prevails, except where UAE law requires the Arabic text to prevail. Chinese and other translations are for convenience only.
